Returns Policy
At Isla Amore, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process.


Eligibility for Returns:

  •  Items must be returned within five days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@islaamore.com or by WhatsApp at +971 50 350 2893 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item you wish to return in its original packaging. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the following address:

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within five business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • If approved, we will process your exchange within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed.

  • If the desired item is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
